Where do you ship?
We offer standard shipping to all U.S. locations.

How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.  Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods, or at initial product branding phase.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and your location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
The Beauty Concierge is not liable for lost, stolen, or unconfirmed deliveries. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos at email@thebeautyconcierge.online.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

What condition must items be in for returns?
Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Contact us at email@thebeautyconcierge.online to request a return. Returns must be sent to 9153 N 97th Drive, Peoria, AZ 85345.

Who pays for return shipping? If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label with simple instructions to complete your return. In some cases, return shipping may be deducted from the refund.

What items cannot be returned? To maintain quality and hygiene standards, certain items are not eligible for return, including [Skincare, Cosmetic, and Personal Care Products (once opened)], [Custom or Personalized Items], [Gift Cards], [Final sale items].

Disclaimer: For hygiene and safety, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned once opened. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we’ll make it right.

Do you offer exchanges? The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and approve your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
