We offer standard shipping to all U.S. locations.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays or promotional periods, or at initial product branding phase.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
The Beauty Concierge is not liable for lost, stolen, or unconfirmed deliveries. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos at email@thebeautyconcierge.online.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What condition must items be in for returns?
Items must be in the same condition you received them - unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions.
What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care/beauty products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed, please contact us.
